Inout suits someone who wants to own their ad network software outright. It handles banner, text and HTML ads with CPM, CPC and CPA pricing, plus advertiser and publisher sign-ups. You are responsible for hosting, updates after the first six months and security. Only the starting price is published, the XML API has no public docs, and video and app formats are not covered.
